About The Keystone Collective

The Keystone Collective is a prophetic business consultancy based in Singapore. We journey with Christian founders to birth and build God-inspired organisations, businesses and initiatives.

What we believe

We believe God is calling Singapore, and the people of God here, to become a resourcing hub for Kingdom-advancing initiatives. Alongside church planting and missions movements, a Kingdom entrepreneurial movement must rise, so that called people can boldly design and build Kingdom businesses on God's roadmaps and blueprints. The Keystone Collective exists to encourage and equip them.

Who we serve

A Christian woman with a business dream from the Lord who is afraid to begin and does not yet know what running a business takes.
A Christian entrepreneur already running a business who wants to grow as a founder but lacks a framework and a baseline of strengths and challenges.
The owner of a business that already works commercially and who wants it to become Kingdom-purposed, not just Christian-owned.

How we help

The Keystone Entrepreneur Journey©: a path of self-awareness and development for Kingdom entrepreneurs, men and women. It is built around the Keystone Entrepreneur Competency Assessment©, followed by personal development plan coaching to turn results into action.
Dream to Design: a six-session program for Christian women building a business for the first time.
Called to Build: a community for Christian women entrepreneurs, with a weekly Word of Prophetic Encouragement.
Prophetic words and the Straits Talk podcast: words for Asia and the nations, and prophetic teaching on Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The five dimensions of the Keystone Entrepreneur Competency Assessment

The assessment looks at five dimensions of a Kingdom entrepreneur: Being and Calling (the spiritual and identity foundation you build from), Knowing (your expertise, market awareness and communication), Doing (your ability to execute, operate and manage a business), Leading (your leadership of self, others and relationships), and Blessing (your Kingdom impact, generosity and multiplication).

Meet Jennifer Choi, Founder and Chief Guide

Jennifer Choi is the founder of The Keystone Collective and the Chief Guide of The Keystone Entrepreneur Journey©. She is a coach, mentor, organisational development specialist and prophetic minister, certified by the Master Coach Institute (Singapore) and PRINCE2-certified in project management.

She spent 20 years in the humanitarian and international development sector, mostly with non-profits, including a United Nations role in Timor-Leste. In 2018 she became an accidental entrepreneur and founded her first consulting company. Since 2009 she and her husband have led churches together in Timor-Leste, New Zealand and Singapore. The vision for The Keystone Collective came in 2024, and it launched in 2026.

As Chief Guide, she designs the development journey, walks with participants through the assessment, listens to God with them, helps them forge the path ahead and checks in on their progress.
