At The Keystone Collective, we partner with visionary leaders to harness divine insights. Our focus is on foundational and transitional revelations to innovate and transform organisations effectively.
What is a Keystone?
A keystone, also called a capstone, is the stone set at the apex of an arch structure that holds and locks all the other stones in place, enabling the arch to bear weight.
TKC uses the keystone as a metaphor for the essential and foundational nature of truths, values and actions we contribute to empower the visionaries and solutionists of this age. Moreover, the keystone stands as a symbol of Jesus Christ and his leadership; he is the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).

As prophetic operators, we pursue the justice and mercy of God. We speak the truth - in love. We expect those who journey with us to live out the truths of Micah 6:8:

The Founder
Jennifer Choi is the Founder of The Keystone Collective.

Jennifer is a Christian minister and leader. She is a prophet, cross-cultural missionary, church leader, and organisational development (OD) and strategy consultant. She is a member of the Lion Roars Prophetic Company of the Global Prophetic Alliance (GPA) and serves as a church leader at Victory Family Centre (VFC) Singapore. She is also the Co-Founder and Strategy & Development Lead for The Mangrove Collective, an international humanitarian and development consulting group.
Jennifer’s mission is to catalyse transformation in individuals, organisations, societies and nations through revelation. As a leader, strategist and entrepreneur she traverses multiple ‘worlds’ (church/ministry, public, non-government/non-profit, business/private sector) to strengthen individuals, teams and organisations - and challenges them into alignment with Kingdom timings and purposes.
Jennifer is a South Korean national who has lived and worked in Korea, the USA, Canada, Timor-Leste, New Zealand and Singapore. She has worked and ministered in numerous nations around the world in Asia, the Pacific Islands, Europe and Africa. She currently resides in Singapore with her husband, three children and their family pet – a mischievous Border Collie.
